This work explores how a golden, imaginative mind can gradually become mechanical through lived experience. A childlike figure emerges within the composition, gazing into an empty mechanized hand that holds the invisible weight of memory, conditioning, and experience. Though unseen, that burden reshapes the body and the ways we act.
Constructed on canvas with found materials—including adhesive elements, thermocol spheres, and discarded decorative plastics—then layered with acrylic, the surface reflects an early childlike way of engaging with the world: playful, curious, instinctive, and free.
Over time, these materials shift in meaning, reflecting how experience transforms perception. What once appears innocent or decorative can later carry greater complexity, just as the self changes through knowing the world.
The textured surface becomes both memory and transformation—where wonder hardens into structure, softness into mechanism, and innocence into awareness.
